At Modish Designs, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request and verify the damage, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned before sending a replacement.
Important Notes
Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Because all other sales are final, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
